Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and structural solutions, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift MIG Welder - P&A Structures to join their team. As a 1st Shift MIG Welder - P&A Structures, you will be an integral part of the production team supporting the assembly and welding of metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift MIG Welder - P&A Structures

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: First Shift 6am- 4:30pm Monday - Thursday some OT on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Assemble and weld metal parts on the production line using MIG welding equipment.
• Ensure quality standards are met during the welding process.
• Follow safety protocols and use safety equipment appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• No prior welding experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of metalworking or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
