Accounting Manager
Location: Daytona Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Benefits

About the Company:
A growing and established company in Daytona Beach is seeking a strong Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management as needed
Review and ensure accuracy of financial data and internal controls
Participate in audits and coordinate with external auditors
Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills preferred
Prior experience with month-end close required
CPA or CPA-track a plus but not required
Experience in a mid-size or large company environment preferred
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Daytona Beach / 2 days remote
Typical hours: Monday–Friday
Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
