Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: KWA58 1 Electric Ave. Sparks NV 89434 (Hybrid)

Duration: 3-6 MONTHS

Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

Note:

POSITION TITLE: AP Specialist
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 3-6 months
SCHEDULE/ REMOTE FLEXIBILITY: hybrid
WORK HOURS: 8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: bachelors degree preferred, SAP experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist AP personnel with daily/weekly tasks, assist with issues due to new system implementation pertaining to 3 way matching and Goods in Transit clearing.
Vendor reconciliations, requests vendor statements, purchase order clearing items.
Other duties assigned as needed
