Administrative Assistant to Behavioral and Social Science Department LEVL - Behavioral Sciences Employment Status FT Full-Time Full Time/Part Time Full Time Benefits Yes Months per Year 9Schedules appointments, provides information to callers, prepares memos, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. This is a 30 hour per week, 39 week position. Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Reconcile the department credit card and accounts monthy Retrieves and sorts incoming mail. Coordinates department chair's schedule and makes appointments.
Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
Compiles and types statistical reports. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school: or six months to one year related experience and/or training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
