Short Description

Greets, guides and manages patients and visitors throughout the campus. Act as the primary contact for patients, visitors and staff. Works closely with our courier services, security, staff and leadership within the building/campus. Level one support and point person in partnership with our leadership, facilities and support services team for property issues. Assist with customer service requests. Maintains lobby area including and escalates issues accordingly. Strong team player with solid organizational skills. Exceptional service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some sitting and standing. Approximately 75% standing or walking. Performs other related assigned duties as needed.

Experience Required

One year experience of general office, healthcare and/or hospitality. Must have basic computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
