\n Job Overview \nAs an Assembler, you will perform semi-skilled production, support, and clerical activities to receive components, assemble products, and prepare goods for shipment, all while meeting production and quality goals.\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n

\n\t
• Assigned to a manufacturing line or supporting area such as material flow, welding, or paint; may rotate departments/shifts per business needs\n\t
• Use hand or power tools to assemble parts and equipment\n\t
• Conduct visual and measurement-based quality checks\n\t
• Participate in safety training and adhere to plant safety policies and procedures\n\t
• Maintain inventory and report parts status manually or via computer\n\t
• Collaborate with and contribute to your work team\n\t
• Perform special project work as needed\n\t
• Clean and maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds using the 5S process\n\t
• Material flow associates may operate tractors, gators, forklifts, or tuggers to move, load, and sort parts\n\t
• Welding associates will operate robotic weld cells\n

\n\n \n Physical Requirements \n\n

\n\t
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, and overhead reaching\n\t
• Standing up to 10 hours per shift\n\t
• Lifting up to 35 lbs. without assistance\n\t
• Pushing/pulling force over 50 lbs.\n\t
• Reaching heights up to 90 inches from the floor\n\t
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity\n

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n\t
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\t
• Ability to follow instructions and written processes\n\t
• Dependable with consistent attendance\n\t

• Commitment to continuous improvement and supporting teammates\n

\n\n \n Qualifications \n\n

\n\t
• Must be at least 18 years old\n\t
• Must pass a dexterity test (all positions)\n\t
• Eligible return status if previously employed at John Deere Power Products\n

\n\n \n Compensation and Shifts \n\n

\n\t
• Pay: $18–$19 per hour + potential production bonuses up to $21.85 per hour\n\t
• 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:45 pm\n\t
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm – 12:45 am \n\t
• Rotating Saturdays & potential OT may be required\n
