Assistant Manager/Housing Specialist
Part-Time $20.00 per hour, 30 hours per week. Paid Holidays and Accrued PTO. Hours Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. NO WEEKENDS!
Manage front office and phone lines. Run applications, pre-qualify applicants, post-rents, and collect late fees. Schedule move-in appointments and review new leases, as well as process lease renewals. Daily follow-up with prospects. Must have experience with Affordable Housing and Tenant Income Certification. Applicants must be able to assist in marketing vacant units, with a preferred experience with Yardi Breeze.
