Associate Attorney, Workers Compensation

REMOTE you must live and work in CA.

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year.

Our client is a growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm. They have over 12 offices throughout California and hire remote attorneys who live and work somewhere in California.

Qualifications

Highly motivated, results?driven, high energy, and a sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
Client?focused, with the ability to deliver results

Required

JD from an ABA?approved law school
Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
Experience in trial and cross?examination (preferred but not required)
Experience with Depos
Understanding confidentiality requirements
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
