Located at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai and Genesis of Aurora , the General Manager position is the leader of Napleton’s two dealership locations, overseeing New and Used Sales, Financial Services, and Fixed Operations. This role drives the performance of the store by attracting, developing, and retaining great talent and creating exceptional buying and ownership experiences for our customers.
