CRNA (Part  Time ) needed to join our team! Arizona Digestive Institute (ADI) is an established gastroenterology endoscopy center located in Tucson, AZ.

Job summary:  

\n

Administers anesthetic care for the purpose of facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. Credentialing process typically 2-3 months.

\n

Job Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Work with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Category 1-3 patients only, requiring only Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) and NO general anesthesia.
\n
• Administer Propofol sedation for low risk, standard outpatient gastrointestinal procedures.
\n
• Performs and documents a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient.
\n
• Develops and implements an anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
\n
• Selects, obtains and administers the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance and emergence phase anesthesia.
\n
• Recognizes alterations in physiologic responses to the surgical procedure and/or the anesthetic, takes appropriate action and notifies the responsible physician as indicated.
\n
• Other duties as assigned.
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• Graduate of accredited CRNA program.
\n
• Must have a current AZ licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA).
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
\n

\n

Pay Range: Full Time - $200/hr (plus benefits), PRN - $200/hr, Contract - $1,500 per day

\n

* $7,500 Sign on bonus paid in 2 installments (half at 90 days and half at 6 months) for Full-Time only.
