As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the frontline voice of our brand, providing timely and effective assistance through live chat. Key Objectives

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous chat support to customers.
  • Assist with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a positive brand image by providing professional and empathetic service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product and order information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and update relevant systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on Stello Foods’ products, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
