This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous months financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Collision General Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Calibers Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
