This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Watertown, NY. The Construction Superintendent will manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site challenges that may arise.

• Proficient in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices
• Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively
• Experience with Budgeting and cost management in construction projects
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Ability to lead teams and foster collaboration among diverse groups
• Knowledge of federal and state contracting standards is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
