A well-established Commercial General Contractor in North Dallas is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the region.

The company delivers a range of commercial projects, including offices, retail, and light industrial builds. They have a steady pipeline of local work, offering stability and long-term opportunity for the right individual.

*Must have commercial construction experience – residential or multifamily backgrounds will not be considered*

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field staff
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Oversee quality control and verify work meets plans and specifications
• Conduct regular site meetings and resolve day-to-day construction issues
• Review and manage project documentation, drawings, and RFIs

Requirements:

• Up to 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience with commercial ground up preferred
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site coordination
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field operations effectively
• Based in or willing to work across North Dallas and surrounding areas
