Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Our Client is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their highly collaborative anesthesia team. Salary and Benefits

• Starting at 100.00/hour (non-exempt); rate increases with experience.
• Sign On & Incentive Bonuses up to 150,000
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x base rate for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day (excluding regular 12-hour shifts)
• On-Call Pay: 25/hour while on call. (If called in, pay is 1.5x base rate with a 2-hour minimum guarantee)
• Post-Call Day: Paid at 8 hours of base rate
• Relief Day Pay: 8 hours at base rate plus 1,100

• Dental and Vision Insurance
• PTO – 10.46 Hours Per Pay Period (First Year) and 12.92 Hours Per Pay Period (After First Year)
• Malpractice Insurance Paid for by Employer
• 1 Week of Paid CE Time at Base Rate
• 3,500 for CME Reimbursement (Includes AANA Dues)
• 403B Retirement Package with Employer Match
• 457B Options Available

• Up to 10,000 Relocation Assistance (Upon Obtaining CRNA License Documentation Required)

Responsibilities

• Mix of 8, 10, and 12 Hour Shifts (36-40 Hours/Week)
• Call Schedule: Shared equitably among team members with post-call day off
• Providing the Following Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, Pediatrics & Adult Dental, Gynecology, Well Pediatric ENT, Adult ENT, Lithotripsy, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Robotic GYN and General Surgery (2 Robots in use), And Neuro (Rare Crani Cases)
• No Heart or Major Chest Cases
• Weekend cases are urgent to emergent only (no elective cases)
• Four Anesthesia Technicians provide daily assistance (except weekends) to support workflow and setup.
• CRNAs operate within a 4:1 MDA-to-CRNA model—a collegial and team-based structure where CRNA expertise and input are highly valued.

Requirements

• Current AANA Certification (or eligibility upon graduation)
• Active NC RN License or Compact License (must be obtained prior to credentialing)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
