We’re a small family-owned plumbing company looking for a dependable and motivated Office Assistant/Dispatcher to grow with us. Experience in dispatching or customer service is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s committed to staying long-term.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service calls to our plumbers
Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service
Answer phones and assist customers professionally
Handle data entry, recordkeeping, and general office tasks
Qualifications
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable using office and scheduling software
Reliable, friendly, and calm under pressure
