Document Specialist - Legal
At Work Conroe is seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist with legal document experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting critical legal documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform data entry of legal information into document management systems
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure document accuracy and compliance
- Organize, file, and maintain electronic legal documents
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat for PDF creation, editing, and management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely document processing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong experience with document management systems
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy rate
- Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
