Job Description
We are looking for drill operators and helpers to install Geothermal Loop fields. Head driller work involves operating drill to make 50-100ft holes in the ground and inserting/welding plastic pipes that will supply energy for heating & cooling. Helpers support by mixing drilling fluids, flushing water, digging, and setting up / moving equipment. We provide training which starts at $15/hour for training. Helpers & Drillers make $20-35/hour after training is complete. HVAC or Plumbing experience is a plus and General laborers with desire to learn are welcome to apply. Reliable transportation needed as job sites will be all over the Chicago area. We work 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri, but OT would be available once training is complete.
