Job Description

A well-established collision repair organization is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations of one of our high-performing collision centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day collision center operations, including production, estimating, parts, and customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational goals and uphold company culture and values.
  • Ensure high-quality repair standards and compliance with OEM, DRP, and insurance partner guidelines.
  • Manage financial performance, including labor margins, cycle time, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement business strategies, process improvements, and performance initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Drive exceptional customer experience, ensuring timely communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in the collision repair or automotive industry (multi-shop or high-volume preferred).
  • Strong understanding of collision repair operations, DRP relationships, and estimating systems (CCC One preferred).
  • Proven experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive, results-oriented culture.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
