Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our clients growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional looking to expand their skills and grow within an organization. You will provide hands-on technical support, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations for our clients expanding offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide phone and in-person technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
2. Perform desktop support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
3. Assist with configuring and supporting technology for virtual and in-person meetings.
4. Work closely with the IT Director to ensure smooth operations across multiple office locations.
5. Document and track technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
6. Support ongoing IT projects and initiatives as the company expands.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of IT support experience (help desk, desktop support, or similar role).
2. Relevant IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) required; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide hands-on, in-person support.
4. Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
5. Ability to set up and maintain conferencing and meeting room technologies.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote IT leadership.
