Interviews will be onsite. Location TBD after candidate screening.

Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.

Duties

The professionals should be able to provide all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure. Apart from these, the additional duties include:
Manage clients or their own company Citrix systems, VDI and its other technologies.
Checking and controlling the server and offering solutions to its problems.
Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes VDI, and others.
Help in organization and management of the business applications.
Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system.
Design and implement platform security.
Taking part in upgrading and updating the systems applications, installing it with up-to-date descriptions.
Should strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system.
Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business.
Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop.
Very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO settings.
Have some knowledge with Chromebooks.
Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ITIL and other IT operations frameworks.
Experience managing Citrix environments and VDI.
Experience administering Citrix and VDI technologies.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to verify applications for deployment via Citrix and VDI.
