Salary: $16-$18/hour

Position Title: Commercial Building Cleaner

Reports To: Supervisor

Location: Elizabethtown , KY

Basic Function : Ensure the accounts they are assigned to are being cleaned according to specifications.

Major Responsibilities

• Clean on assigned night
• Clean to specification
• Clean within budget hours
• Clean to have green ratings 100% of time.
• Report concerns to AM. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building)
• Follow procedures
• Calling off before cutoff time
• Requesting time off with due advance
• Clock in and out on job site
• Listening to AM messages
• Reporting to AM of your need for chemical, equipment etc
• Keeping equipment in good repair
• Keeping janitorial closet neat
• Wear assigned uniform
• Maintain confidentiality and safety standards

Pay:

$16-$18/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• 1st Shift Cleaners - Full-time and part-time (6:30am-2:30pm)

Starting pay: $16-$17/hr

• 1st Shift Lead (Working Supervisor)

Starting pay: $18/hr

• 2nd Shift Cleaners - Full-time and part-time (4:30/5:00pm-11:00pm/12:00am)

Starting pay: $16-17/hr

• Weekend Shift Cleaners - Saturday & Sunday

Starting Pay: $16-$17/hr

• Floor Techs 1st Shift & Weekend - Must be experiences in operating ride-on and walk-behind floor scrubbers, edging, and general floor care.

Starting Pay: $16-$17/hr
