Program Overview:
Our growing company is seeking college students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program at our Charlotte branch. This program provides a variety of experiences across the landscape industry, including:
Landscape Maintenance
Landscape Construction & Enhancements
Client Relationship Management (CRM / Sales)
Business Development
Irrigation / Water Management
Floriculture
What You’ll Do
Gain hands-on experience in both field and office operations.
Explore different roles across branch-level operations and sales teams.
Work alongside experienced professionals and grow your professional skillset.
Participate in team projects, shadow key departments, and learn industry best practices.
Requirements
Interested in learning all aspects of the landscape industry.
Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
Clean driving record.
Strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage $ 14.50 - $ 19.50 HR
