• Independent and Physician-Owned: Practice with full autonomy in a non-wRVU salaried model
• Collaborative Culture: Join a team of 16 cardiologists and 14 APPs supported by weekly case conferences
• Modern Facilities: 35,000 sq. ft. office with 30 exam rooms, 4 procedure suites, and a full diagnostic lab
• Diverse Clinical Mix: 1-3 days per week of interventional cases across two hospital systems

Schedule and Call

• Balanced Call: 1 weeknight every 7 days and 1 weekend every 7 weeks
• Hospitalist Rotation: Serve as a cardiology hospitalist for 1 week every 7 weeks, supported by 2 APPs
• Predictable Structure: Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong APP coverage

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $600,000 for two years, increasing to $625,000 as a shareholder, plus productivity bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
• Shareholder Opportunity: Eligible after two years, with historical bonuses exceeding $100,000 annually
• Full Benefits: Profit-sharing 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, malpractice, health insurance, and home diagnostic setup
