Were looking for driven, ethical, and resourceful Mortgage Loan Officers to join our team in Florida on a 100% commission basis. This role is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about helping people achieve homeownership and who go the extra mile to make it happen.

What Youll Do:

• Provide honest, client-first mortgage advice even when it doesnt directly benefit you.
• Problem-solve complex scenarios to find approval paths for a wide range of borrower situations.
• Manage the loan process from application to close with precision and care.
• Deliver quick, clear communication to clients and realtor partners responsiveness is key.
• Cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships, primarily with real estate agents.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Loan Officers (NMLS required) with mortgage experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
