Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Company

We are a rapidly growing machinery manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative products to customers across industrial markets. As we scale our operations, we are investing heavily in the systems, processes, and technology needed to support growth. NetSuite is central to our long-term operational strategy, and we are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to play a key role in optimizing and expanding our ERP capabilities.

Position Overview

The NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the NetSuite environment and will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding our ERP functionality across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite administration and implementation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner with users at all levels of the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building scalable systems and processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for NetSuite, overseeing user roles, permissions, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including troubleshooting issues, maintaining system performance, and supporting end users.
  • Create and optimize dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and automations to streamline business processes.

Implementation & Enhancement Projects

  • Lead or support NetSuite enhancement initiatives, module deployments, and integration projects as the business scales.
  • Partner with external NetSuite implementation partners as needed to support system upgrades or new functionality.
  • Contribute to ERP roadmap planning and help design scalable solutions that support future growth.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Finance on accounting workflows, month-end processes, inventory costing, and reporting.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on production, work orders, procurement, BOM management, and inventory processes.
  • Support Manufacturing teams by ensuring system workflows align with real-world processes on the shop floor.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain data integrity across all modules and lead data cleanup or migration initiatives as needed.
  • Create and manage reports that support inventory management, production planning, financial performance, and KPIs.

Training & Documentation

  • Provide onboarding, training, and continuous support to NetSuite users across the organization.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials to scale user adoption and system consistency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
  • Experience participating in or leading NetSuite implementations or major enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, Advanced Manufacturing, Work Orders & Assemblies, Procurement, and CRM.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and (ideally) SuiteScript.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to build and optimize the ERP foundation of a high-growth manufacturing company.
  • Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful operational improvements.
  • Fast-paced environment with the ability to make a visible impact early on.
  • Competitive compensation package and room for long-term growth.
