The Marketing Manager is a highly professional leader, with a roll‑up‑sleeves attitude, great demeanor and disposition, and believes in Getting It Done. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, supporting and implementing effective marketing strategies for both traditional and digital media to increase the org’s stakeholders, donations and reach. The desired candidate will analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and oversee advertising and promotional activities. Additionally, the marketing manager will collaborate with teams across the org to ensure cohesive brand messaging and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns. The desired candidate must be creative, collaborative, organized and exhibiting strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. This hands‑on manager will exhibit a clear understanding of the brand, ensuring a consistently modern, forward‑facing appeal that leans into the brand’s position and potential, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Responsibilities Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Own your role/department/division from start to finish. Manage and Centralize Marcomm Calendars – Use FIFO for Collateral. Manage Third Party Vendors for Print Coordination. Manage collateral: manage print production and coordination. Create systems. Update websites using plugins and WordPress. Maintain and manage content calendar and requests for content calendar creation. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go‑to‑market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Develop and present strategies to nurture leads for the organization’s fundraising initiatives and overall brand awareness. Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public‑facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and document business processes. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Qualifications B/A or B/S required. Minimum 5 years of experience in MarComm. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision‑making skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot). Evidence of previous experience with successful campaign development, newsletter and email marketing. Experience with social media content development and management for various platforms. Experience with ad placement/digital marketing. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy. Friendly, collegial disposition, with an ability to connect via phone/video and in person. Ability to energize others around a mission, and work through moments of shared and opposing goals. Stellar project management skills. Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from brief to creative development to execution to post‑campaign analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. High level of proficiency with social media programs, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Experience developing influencer strategies and campaigns. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Search Console.
