Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should have patent litigation experience at a large law firm. General experience with handling discovery and briefing in complex cases involving patent or other IP related law is required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent professional experience. USPTO registration is a plus but not required. The firm is seeking individuals who are independent thinkers and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
