C&A Psychiatry opening in Carson City, NV - Full-time, permanent position - Seeking BE/BC C&A PsychiatristYou'll be a part of a compassionate team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and teens aged 8 to 17 years old. Beginning June 2025, our system will offer a unique blend of inpatient and outpatient care, including a 12-bed crisis stabilization unit, a 10-bed inpatient unit and expanding outpatient services to include mobile community outreach. Our crisis stabilization unit for kids, a living room model, will be designed as a warm, calm, and healing environment.

In this vital role, youll have the opportunity to build and expand our behavioral health service line while working closely with youth, helping to create a safe, nurturing space for their mental health recovery. We are seeking 1 full-time physician for Inpatient Child and Adolescent services and 2 full-time physicians for a hybrid positions combining consult liaison services, crisis stabilization, inpatient and outpatient.
Position SummaryPhysician has a dotted line reporting relationship structure between clinic management and physician leadership including the Physician Clinic Chief, Physician Medical Director, Physician Executive Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer. Physician provides patient care in accordance with the medical standards specific to their specialty. As a member of the medical group, the Physician provides collaborative care within the community by navigating patients through the healthcare system.
