Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and administer activities within assigned program areas; develop, coordinate, and advise on policies related to major programs.
- Provide project management and coordination for assigned projects and events, and be accountable for achieving results.
- Use established project management and program methodologies to develop tasks and deliverables.
- Have a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines supporting the administrative functions of the department, managers, and team.
- Assist in developing value-added services/support to meet departmental needs.
- Search and analyze data from relevant information systems.
- Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports.
- Assist with quarterly and as-needed data entry in the health system's operational database, maintaining data integrity.
- Provide phone and scheduling support.
- Manage and maintain large quantities of documentation and data for multiple projects across the system.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of related work experience.
