Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects in new construction high-rise buildings across Long Island and the NYC boroughs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in piping systems, a track record of managing complex projects, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping designs. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC, with a focus on new construction high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of piping systems and mechanical installations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards in NY.
