SummaryThe Director of Imaging Services has primary responsibility for leading, controlling, planning, organizing, and evaluating the delivery of the operations of multiple campuses. The Director will act as a role model, has accountability for each departmental budget and position control. The director will collaborate with key departments to meet organizational and departmental goals. Works directly with multiple campus dyads and system director of imaging services to optimize performance including volume, efficiency, quality and safety, and patient experience. Has 24-hour, 7 days a week accountability to their assigned hospital campuses. Assumes other roles and responsibilities as directed by the System Director of Imaging Services.
RequirementsEducation:Graduate of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography Program or equivalent. Masters degree in health care administration, MBA or other masters degree in relevant field.
Experience:5+ years of management experience in an acute radiology setting.
Certification:American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) registered (CNMT or ARDMS if applicable).
License:DOH State of Florida General Radiographer license or professional license/certification for a specific specialty or Profession.
Other:Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Excellent analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Proforma Development.
