SAP Business Analyst – ERP Integration & Testing (Tier 3 Support) We’re seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery, testing, and validation of SAP S/4 solutions within a complex, global environment. This role ensures seamless end-to-end process integration, data migration, and cutover readiness across systems such as SAP S/4, MES, and LIMS . Key Responsibilities Lead integration activities and coordinate ERP-related testing across multiple systems Develop and execute local test strategies, UAT plans, and validation deliverables Manage test execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align testing, cutover, and deployment plans Support requirements gathering, data migration, and process documentation Ensure full compliance with system validation frameworks and project timelines Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree preferred, with strong cross-functional SAP experience
• Proven track record in testing, validation, and cutover management
• Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA , integration points, and data flows
• Experience in regulated (GxP/Pharma) environments preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands‑on experience creating test scripts, tracking issues, and managing deliverables
