CDW has a new opportunity available for an experienced Business Analyst! In this role, you'll focus on SAP S4/HANA and complementary solutions such as Ariba, Fieldglass, and SuccessFactors. We're looking for a professional with at least 3 years of hands‑on SAP S4/HANA experience and a proven ability to drive business process improvements and deliver strategic solutions. Top Skills Strong understanding of SAP S4/HANA and related applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors) Expertise in business analysis for large, complex projects Ability to design future‑state processes and document functional/technical specifications Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis efforts for strategic initiatives Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements using interviews, workshops, and documentation Map current processes, design future‑state workflows, and secure approvals Prepare functional and technical specifications; support testing and UAT Recommend tools, templates, and best practices; may lead other analysts Qualifications 7+ years of business analysis experience Deep knowledge of requirements development, process design, and stakeholder engagement Master’s degree in business/technology or equivalent experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
