Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Scale House Operator to join our Aggregate Division . This position plays a vital role in the daily operation of our quarry by managing truck scales, processing tickets, and ensuring accurate documentation of all materials entering and leaving the facility.

Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale software.
Verify load details, issue accurate tickets, and maintain daily scale records.
Communicate with truck drivers, loaders, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining site safety and compliance.
Support the Plant Manager with daily reports and load reconciliations.
Experience in construction, aggregates, or material handling preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Basic computer skills (experience with scale software a plus).
Professional, courteous communication with drivers and team members.
Based in a climate-controlled scale house on an active quarry or crushing site.
Regular interaction with drivers, equipment operators, and operations staff.
Standard daytime schedule; occasional overtime during peak demand periods.
