Description & Requirements Firm Support Services at Forvis Mazars keep the firm running smoothly by delivering essential administrative support. This role ensures operational efficiency, enabling teams to focus on their core goals and contributing to the firm’s mission and success. What You Will Do Prepare and maintain calendars for Partners and Managing Directors, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics including flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings. Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep. Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain break rooms by making coffee, restocking supplies, and assisting with dishwasher loading/unloading. Answer incoming phone calls for multiple offices and manage switchboard tasks, ensuring a lasting, positive impression of the firm. Greet guests professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Perform all aspects of facilities support and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Assist with planning and execution of local events, meetings, and conferences. Serve as a central contact point for internal and external inquiries, routing them to the appropriate individuals. Finalize documents in electronic formats, such as PDF or Word, and properly file and organize them. Print, bind, and prepare documentation for client delivery as needed. Complete special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree.
