The Challenge

No matter how effective our MCP & AI toolcalling platform is, if folks cant find it or understand how to use it, we are dead in the water. We need to have the best developer experience possible, and that includes our docs, onboarding flow, and learning materials. We are building a brand synonymous with MCP that can stand along side the LLM giants. As an engineer deployed to our Growth team (Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations) you'll be working on our marketing site and landing pages with the goal of teaching and sharing via example projects and agents.

This role is primarily focused on expanding our growth funnel, but as an early member of a startup, youll be working up-and-down the stack. We build our sites in TypeScript, and expect you to be a pro in modern react and the frontend ecosystem. We also use tools like Webflow and Lovable which you will manage. We are looking for people who constantly ship and dont get stuck - we are looking for folks who are always learning and able to apply that knowledge to their work and teach it to the team.

What Youll Do

• Design, build, and maintain growth infrastructure including referral systems, onboarding flows, tracking systems, and conversion optimization tools.
• Run rapid experimentation cycles across acquisition channels, activation flows, and retention mechanisms.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and agents to enable datadriven decision making.
• Create automated marketing tools and integrations to power campaigns for us and our partners.
• Identify and exploit viral loops and network effects in the product.
• Share your work with our customers and community, building our (and your) brand.

Required Skills

• An insatiable desire to ship.>
• 4+ years of frontend software engineering experience using react and modern frameworks like Tanstack and Next.js.
• Experience contributing to design systems and building assets with tools like Figma or generative AI.
• Experience implementing analytics tools (e.g. Posthog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and APIs (email platforms, CRMs, ad platforms).
• Understanding of SEO technical requirements and web performance optimization.
• Comfort on the command line as well as with frontend infrastructure providers like Vercel and Cloudflare.
• Track record of writing clean, welldocumented, welltested code.
• Usercentered approach to designing developercentric products and tools.

Bonus Points

• Interaction or Graphic Design skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc).
• Opensource contributions.
• Youve been at a startup before and love it.
