• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, microservices, REST APIs)
• Background in insurance or financial services (auto insurance strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Desired Skills & Experience

• Exposure to Guidewire or other insurance core platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in expanding into insurance-specific technologies
