What Youll Actually Do

• Design and ship backend systems that handle scale without drama.
• Lead by example code well, review hard, and mentor better.
• Help shape how we evolve from a Kotlin monolith to smarter microservices.
• Work with product, frontend, and data teams to turn ideas into things that work.
• Keep quality high through CI/CD, testing, and pragmatic engineering.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of backend engineering. Youve built and broken real systems.
• Deep experience with distributed architectures and complex codebases.
• Comfortable with Kotlin and Spring (or close cousins). Solid AWS and Terraform knowledge.
• You think in systems, not just in lines of code.
• You communicate clearly and work without hand-holding.
• You care about performance, data integrity, and elegant solutions.
