Title: Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure ) and a strong background in both frontend and backend architecture. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-architected, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture across multiple systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to design modern, cloud-native applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and architecture blueprints.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud and on-premises technologies to meet solution objectives.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability through sound design principles and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Review design and code to ensure alignment with architectural principles and standards.
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts (POCs) and architecture modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

· 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Senior Software Engineering roles.

· Strong understanding of modern frontend and backend software stacks , cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure , and networking fundamentals .

· Proven experience in delivering digital capabilities that power consumer-facing web and mobile products .

· Hands-on expertise in Azure (preferred) or equivalent cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP ).

· Deep technical knowledge and experience with:

Azure Event Hub , Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , Blob Storage , Azure DNS , Virtual Networks , Redis Cache , Azure App Service , and Containers .

· Experience with both Relational and NoSQL databases.

· Strong background in one or more of the following: Solution Design / Architecture , Application Design , Database Architecture , Networking , Storage , and IT Security .

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in architecting enterprise-grade, cloud-based systems for high-traffic, customer-facing applications.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance technical depth with business context.
