We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll inspire a team, hit sales targets, and build The Tox’s presence in the Delray Beach community through partnerships, collaborations, and events. The Tox is growing rapidly, and we want someone ready to grow with us.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Run the Show : Oversee studio operations, including managing check-ins, appointments, scheduling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lead your team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and hit revenue goals.
Drive Growth: Work with leadership to increase sales, memberships, and retail. Build partnerships, collaborate with local brands, and seek out new opportunities to expand.
Lead the Team : Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team dedicated to delivering the best experience for every client.
Market & Expand : Build exposure for The Tox at wellness events, farmers’ markets, influencer meetups, and business collaborations.
Own the Numbers : Track KPIs, achieve revenue goals, and optimize studio performance.
Be the Face of the Brand : Represent The Tox in Delray Beach—connect with the community and ensure everyone knows the name.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A Proven Leader: 2+ years of experience managing a team in wellness, event management, spa, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.
• Sales & Business-Savvy: You know how to upsell, boost revenue, and deliver value.
• A Natural Connector: Building relationships, fostering collaborations, and creating a sense of community comes naturally to you.
• Fast-Paced & Adaptable: You excel in dynamic environments and solve problems on the fly.
• Lymphatic Drainage Enthusiast: You understand and can confidently promote The Tox Technique and its benefits.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like MindBody or similar systems is a big plus.
• Availability: Flexible to work some weekends, evenings, and events.

Pay: $18.00 + per hour (based on experience)
