• Start Date: January 26, 2026\n
• End Date: April 27, 2026\n
• Contract Length: 13 weeks\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280 – $2,340\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days (Shifts available: 8, 10, and 12 hours; Day/Evening coverage 06:30–23:30)\n
• Call Hours: Monday–Friday 21:00–06:30; Saturday/Sunday 12-hour shifts (06:30–19:00 and 19:00–06:30)\n
• Weekend Coverage: 3 weekend shifts per 13-week contract as needed\n
• Unit: Operating Room – 4 Rhodes (Level 1 Trauma, 18 ORs)\n
• Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics\n
• Daily Census: 45–50 surgical procedures daily\n
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse – Operating Room Registered Nurse\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in a hospital or trauma center\n
• Level 1 trauma center and strong scrub experience required\n
• Active Registered Nurse license (compact RN license or Ohio RN license)\n
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program\n
• BCLS certification required\n
• EPIC electronic health record (EHR) experience\n
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions considered)\n
• Two professional references required (one from manager/director or charge RN)\n
• Preferred: Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care during surgical procedures including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries\n
• Circulate and scrub with a focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EPIC EHR\n
• Participate in call coverage and float to other units as required\n
