About the Role

TULU is experiencing tremendous growth and entering its next phase. Were looking for a strategic and operationally minded VP Marketing to lead all aspects of TULUs B2B and B2C marketing for both landlords and consumers.

As VP Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our go-to-market engine: accelerating top-of-funnel growth with high-quality leads, strengthening our brand with landlords, and increasing adoption and engagement across our expanding resident base.

This role spans the full ecosystem For landlords: You will lead conferences, SEO, PR, paid search, referrals, and innovative initiatives that amplify our presence. For residents: You will own the strategy, tools, and experiments that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and engagementblending digital and physical tactics.

This is a senior leadership role. You will work closely with the CEO, participate in board meetings, and build and lead a global, high-performance marketing team. Your impact will be direct and measurablefueling TULUs rapid expansion and advancing our mission of enabling smarter, more sustainable living.

Responsibilities


  • Lead B2B and B2C marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution, ensuring initiatives are data-driven and optimized for success.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new landlord partners and grow existing accounts.
  • Drive new user registrations, activation and conversion rates, user quality, and scalable resident engagement across markets.
  • Build and optimize top-of-funnel lead generation, pipeline development, and MQL growth.
  • Strengthen TULUs brand presence across digital and physical channels; establish thought leadership in the industry.
  • Own inbound and outbound marketing channels including conferences, SEO, PR, paid media, and new experimental channels.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, resource planning, and ROI measurement.
  • Lead TULUs content strategy across B2B and B2C touchpoints, including social and digital channels.
  • Create, maintain, and evaluate B2B and B2C marketing collateral.
  • Develop and run A/B tests for new channels and campaigns across both landlord and consumer audiences.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand landlord needs; partner with Product to understand user behavior and consumer needs.

  • 8+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience in fast?paced environments (ideally startups)
  • Expertise in B2B lead generation, content, event marketing, and best practices
  • Mastery of non?paid acquisition tactics: referrals, community, partnerships, owned channels
  • Experience planning and managing marketing budgets
  • Proven ability to build inbound acquisition strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of online and offline marketing funnels
  • Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze preferred)
  • Track record collaborating with design, content, product, and analytics teams
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast?changing environments
  • Hands?on, proactive problem?solving approach
  • Understanding of end?to?end marketing workflows and delivery processes
  • Bonus: Experience in proptech, real?estate, B2B2C models, or consumer subscription businesses

Compensation

Our annual OTE range for this role is $210,000 $250,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
