The Louis S. Wolk Jewish Community Center of Greater Rochester is located alongside the Erie Canal in Brighton and is a 200,000 square foot facility that houses our state-of-the-art fitness, wellness and recreation programming, an aquatics center, a Professional Theatre, Children’s Center and our Camping Program.

The Women’s Spa Supervisor is a key member of the Spa and Wellness team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising and developing staff, and ensuring exceptional member experiences across the Women’s Spa and Laundry. This role combines hands-on service with leadership responsibilities, including staff training, member onboarding, and the implementation of strategies to enhance satisfaction and drive spa revenue growth. The ideal candidate is attentive, service-oriented, and adept at balancing operational excellence with personal connection. They bring professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills to this vital position, fostering a welcoming environment that supports member well-being and staff success.
