Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Concrete Laborer or concrete finisher to performing foundational and wall pours, as well as flatwork. Our focus is on new commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family concrete construction. Employees can expect to work 40 hours weekly with a crew size ranging from 3-8 members. Opportunities are available for both entry-level and experienced individuals within the foundations and walls team and the finishing team. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures. Manage and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Collaborate with team members to build forms and frameworks for concrete placement. Essential Skills Proficiency in using construction hand and power tools. Concrete finishing experience. Production and concrete formwork skills. Ability to read basic blueprints and understand thickness and reinforcement. Basic understanding of the timing of all finishing procedures. Ability to set wall forms and use a level to set elevations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
