Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alan Naguit - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
