As a Customer Service Representative , you will be a key face of our nonprofit and purpose-driven campaigns. You’ll engage with the public at live events, outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, delivering exceptional customer service and helping raise awareness for meaningful causes.

Represent nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and promotional locations.
Greet attendees, answer questions, and clearly communicate campaign goals.
Assist with event setup, registration, teardown, and materials distribution .

Provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced event settings.
Document guest interactions and share event feedback with the team.
