As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll create and coordinate social media/networking opportunities and web-based viral campaigns. You'll also manage content for online platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Responsibilities Seek digital solutions to support marketing campaigns. Perform web quality assurance on all current web properties and coordinate web updates with relevant departments. Maintain digital marketing asset folder including email creative archives, banners, and more. Work within current tool set to monitor online messages regarding brand and respond within scope of authority. Assist in tracking archives of online mentions and any responses to report as needed and identify common questions, concerns, and suggestions. Remain current with policies, regulations, and advances in social media, internet marketing, and email marketing. Assist with reporting, online advertising, mobile marketing, social media management, promotions, analytics, HTML updates, email deployment, and identifying online marketing opportunities as needed. Assist in the creation, deployment, and management of on-property digital assets (e.g. digital restaurant menus, casino floor advertisements, etc.). Help organize and execute special events and assist with all promotional efforts. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. On-site presence at our Detroit location is required to align closely with internal departments, live event schedules, and property branding needs. Qualifications Three years prior marketing experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate). Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience (or other alternative as deemed appropriate). Must have previous experience managing Social Media strategy and communities for a mid-large sized organization. Must be able to portray an in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS, and other web design applications. Previous experience with web-based social media and analytical programs. Experience with Google Analytics preferred. A strong background in SEO, paid search/display, and social media advertising is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred. Prior experience with Marketing Clouds, especially email marketing. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
