*Position Overview:*

We’re seeking an Experienced Engineer (municipal, structural, or water/wastewater) for our Stroudsburg and Pittston, PA offices. Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, at least 3 years’ experience with a civil engineering firm. Project management experience and Pennsylvania P.E. license or eligibility for reciprocity preferred.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Experience in municipal/structural water and wastewater systems, and regulatory coordination
* Supervise technical staff and coordinate project documents
* Plan, design, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of a project independently as well as with other engineering disciplines and project management staff
* Oversee field work and manage project phases
* Research local codes and prepare reports and designs for permitting.
* Design site layouts, grading, and drainage
* Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering design software.
* Strong knowledge of drainage systems, hydrology, and water resources management
* Experience with wastewater treatment facilities and stormwater management practices
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity preferred
