General Manager – Santa Fe, NM, CA – Up to $120k + Bonus Our client is preparing to launch a new hotel in late 2025 and is seeking an Opening General Manager to lead the pre-opening and beyond.The property will feature luxurious accommodations, a stylish lobby bar, and exclusive amenities, all designed to blend Santa Fe’s rich history with modern artistic influences. The Role Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering. Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability. Develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term success and performance goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team through effective communication and ongoing development. Cultivate a positive, service-oriented culture that aligns with the hotel’s standards and values. Serve as a visible and engaged representative of the hotel within the local community. What they are looking for: Proven experience in luxury hotel operations, including leadership roles. Previous involvement in hotel openings, with a strong understanding of pre-opening processes. Solid knowledge of NOI, budgeting, and financial performance metrics. Proficient in computer systems; experience with hotel management software preferred.
